SLA 093 Dance Your OWN Way Then
The lack of instruction did not inhibit the hard-core dancers, Virginia included. Since it was late when we got back to the hotel area, we decided to eat dinner in a somewhat upscale restaurant on the dock side of the bay. We’d eaten breakfast there our first full day on the island, and paid their somewhat inflated prices with Ken’s American Express card without issues. When we went to pay for dinner – “card rejected”. Strange, tried Ken’s Visa– “card rejected”. Virginia’s Visa – “card rejected”. Fortunately, Ken had (barely) enough cash to pay that way.
